It depends on a lot of factors. With my 2nd pregnancy, I was over the age of 35, so I was sent to a perinatologist at 12.1 wks for NT screening. the equipment was very high tech & I was told I was having a girl. It was confirmed a week later with blood work. However, as the tech said before looking, not all babies have obvious genitalia at that point. but bc I was so early, I didn't buy pink until my bloodwork came back (I had the Harmony blood test).

I always had to we wait tell I was 20 weeks to make sure the baby sex organs where fully developed.

I waited to the 20th week to find out the sex my last daughter sometimes they don't tell u at frist. I wanted to make sure so I went back at 30 weeks they confirmed it was a girl.. ..
