Anyone know the chance of clomid and injectables and B2B IUI with 3 follies chance for pregnancy???

Ok DH and I have ben trying for a year and half and have had two MC very early on. The doc discovered I have a uterine septum when he performed a hysteroscopy. I got surgery a few months ago to remove it as it can cause MC. So now that I am so called "normal". this is out first cycle after surgery, so my Doc out me on Clomid 150mg, and Gonal F injections for I believe 5 days after I finished taking Clomid. I went in for my ultrasound on 7/3/14 and the Doc said Im good to go. I have 3 follicles that are mature so he gave me my ovidrel shot. The next day on 7/4 @ 24 hours later I had my first IUI then...the next day on 7/5 which marks 48 hrs after trigger i had my second IUI.
Does anyone know the chance of clomid and injectables and B2B IUI with 3 follicles chance for pregnancy?

Today 7/10/14 marks my 5DPIUI. and I have increased discharge or whatever you want to call it, its lotiony...i think its the residue from the progesterone suppositories i take twice a day but who k
