Ectopic pregnancy ..crazy random bleeding please help

Ok so I have had two rounds of methotrexate my last two shots were last weds. I have had very random bleeding every since I found out about the ectopic it has now been two weeks....one day will be like a normal period for me the next day will be like red discharge then like brown and then the next day just spotting....but it has been cycling like this since two days before my first two shots of methotrexate. I go back to have my levels checked but on my last draw they were 2800. But is this type of bleeding normal...or should I be asking my ob about this???
