its been 7 days since the expected date of menstruation. What to do?

I had intercourse on 21st of june. Although sperms didnt came inside me. But my expected date of mentsturation was 27th june 2014 bt till date i.e. 4th july 2014 i hvnt got down.

Its been already 7 days frm the expected date. I m afraid that i m pregnant.

When should i test for pregnancy using prega news?? and how can i get pregnant evn though sperms didnt came inside me... Pls help m very depressed.
