If ur not temping then u could do a best guess as the day after the first positive. Usually its a 12-48hr window, it can be shorter or longer tho becuz ur basing it off urine tests which results can vary in urn concentration and the tests themselves vary to some degree.

Id plot the day after as O unless the result was an evening or nite result then go with the day after that. Aim for the 24-36hr mark, thats about the median.
