Checking cervical mucus - help!
Sorry this is a little graphic, but I'm puzzled about something....I've read other posts about checking your CM by swiping your fingers around your cervix, which sounds logical enough, but if I do that, by the time my fingers are back out of my vagina, pretty much anything that *was* on my finger(s) gets left behind on a vaginal wall--all that's left on my finger is a bit of wetness, not enough to really tell consistency.
Is the quality of the mucus the same if you just look when you wipe, or sweep the outer inch or two of your vagina? Or is it that I'm not making good/enough CM and that's why it's not coming out in enough quantity to tell?
I'd appreciate any feedback.
