Could I be pregnant?

I used OVulation kit this month. Got digital kind and got the "go ahead from the kit on June 16th. Since about 2 dpo I have had mild cramps that have morphed and changed come and gone. Since 7 dpo my breasts have been sore and I am peeing more than usual. Now at 10 dpo I am peeing every hour, my back hurts, boobs are sore, more tired than usual but I wouldn't say I'm exhausted. Also my hair is shedding more than usual. Last time that happened was my last pregnancy which ended in a MC over a year ago. I took a HPT today at 10 dpo and got negative. Thoughts?
