I use BlackBerry jelly with seeds to stop diarrhea. It works for me. This could be a good thing to try that would be safe to use during pregnancy for sure.

I've been wondering this too... even though my doctor was fine with it. I also read a lot of bad things about it.

Hi I suffer from ibs which is much worse when pregnant, my doctor told me it was up to me if I chose to take it but he wouldn't advise yes or no as its never been tested on pregnant women so there's nothing to compare it to. I chose not to just in case. Good luck xx
