Question

Help pinpointing CD1

I am starting Clomid on CD3 and need some help on what constitutes Day 1. Just before going to bed (9:30 pm), I noticed blood when I wiped. Put a tampon in and went to bed. Full flow the next day. I counted the next day as CD1. Am I wrong?

CD 1 is the day of full flow. I'd say you started in the wee hours of the morning you start the full flow, while you were sleeping, given the time you went to bed. Hope this helps!

You are Correct! Blood the night before especially before bed doesnt constitute as day 1. The morning after is Day 1.
