I'm at cycle day 10, how do you know if you ovulated?

The reason why I'm asking is, that I've been trying to conceive and I've forgotten how it feels to be pregnant. I have 2 children already but its been 7 years since I was pregnant.

Most women don't know when they ovulate without the help of BBT Charting (Basal Body Temp), OPK's (Ovulation Prediction Kits) or being under the care of a specialist with Ultrasound and blood analysis. Ovulation is usually 14 days before your period. How many days are your cycles? 28 is average so that would be CD 14
