It might be the discharge called leukorrhea! It's purpose is to help keep infection and bacteria out of the uterus during pregnancy. It is actually one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms as it starts almost immediately after conception and is from the walls of the uterus thickening to prepare for implantation of the fertilized egg. If you have never noticed it before you should take a test. It is also possible period is coming tho as I get a milder version of this just before mine, just for the sake of laying out both options.
