I used it for one cycle and no luck. I stopped using it because I read that if you have plenty of natural EWCM then you don't need it. It actually kills 7% of sperm but for women who don't produce enough EWCM it's a great solution because it kills the LEAST amount of sperm.
If your CM is okay, I'd skip the price and hassle. You can also try mucinex to help thin out your CM or omegas to help you produce more.

We used pre seed for several cycles. I trust the product and I think it could be helpful if you have little or no CM. I have never heard that it kills sperm. Anyhow, it did not work for us and as my husband had some minor complaints about it we stopped using it. I am trying evening primrose oil this cycle to see if this natural product will improve my mucus situation. Hope this helps.

Preseed doesnt kill sperm, thats crazy!! Idk how much of a miracle worker it is, it varies for everyone. I used it for over a year without success then finally got my BFP. I dont credit preseed for the BFP but it sure did make bd'ing easier on those days that no one was in the mood or the kid would be home in 10mins. Its totally worth the $$ imo, u use a lot less than other lubes and dont need to add more becuz it doesnt get that sticky feeling. Wont know unless u try tho. Good luck! =))

"In one in vitro study, sperm were not viable at concentrations as low as 6 mg/ml Methylparaben" (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19101832)
Preseed has methylparaben in it. Methylparaben is a preservative that prevents bacteria from growing. While "safe" according to the FDA, the fact remains that parabens kill sperm.
All lube kills sperm. I was saying Preseed kills the least amount. If you need lube when TTC then Preseed is your best option. If you have enough CM and are comfortable during BDing then I'd skip it.
