not ovulating after early mc :(

Hi ladies I had an early mc on april 5th I had just found out I was pregnant then 1 week later mc. it was all natural no need for d&c, I got my 1st period post mc 32 days later and was really upset because we had been trying to conceive a lot and it didn't happen n I really thought I had ovulated, sore boobs, cm egglike, cramps ect. my 2nd period post mc came 25 days later and again I was in shock, I went and had an ultrasound done and the doctor said he doesn't believe I have ovulated since the mc because there was no corpus luteum or "ring of fire" on the ultrasound, they could see all the follicals in my overies everything else looked fine. now im on day 19 of my 3rd cycle and about 4 days ago I started getting this weird sharp/stitch like pain on my right side like just above my hip and it was radiating diagonally to the center of my pelvis were my uterus is, it get worse at night for 2 nights in a row I had a heat pack to help me sleep....could this have been ovulati
