I actually started to take this five years ago partially to get my hair to grow back (it turns out I needed a different kind of thyroid replacement, as the kind I was taking was causing my hair to thin badly), but I stopped after I thought I'd ovulated, just in case. I took it every day from the start of my cycle until about two weeks later or so when I thought I'd ovulated. I stopped because i'd heard it might be bad to take in case I actually conceived. I did. I tried it last year, but it didn't help me conceive again. Maybe it was a coincidence.

It can help with cm and I take up to 200mg a day until ovulation, but if u need cm you can take up to 3000 a day xx

I started taking it this month to help with cm and noticed a significant improvement. I will usually have maybe a day of ewcm but nothing significant, and after taking this for a month I had fertile cm for at least a week. I don't know if it is a coincidence or if it truly is because of the evening primrose, but either way I had increased cm. GL!

I just started EPO when my cycle started the end of May until I ovulated June 17-18 so I can't say if it has helped with cm I was taking 2000mg daily. If I test and get a bfn then I will start again in July.
