Did I already ovulate and have implantation?

Hi, so I have been ttc for 3yrs and nothing there was one ms but then I started doing opk to help me f/o when I ovulated, so I did this foe two months under Doc.'s watch too and we thought we were preggers because my period stopped for 6-7 months... I was put on Pevera(Period starter) which also meant I wasn't ovulating but opk says I was..i got my AF on
the 5th of June and on the 7th I felt some sharp pain on my lower right side of my abdominals...I was do with AF on the 8th the 9-11th I spotted and then we bd on the 10and12 on 13 and to day I spotted but it was brown and each day from the 9th till 13th cm was like ew and the cramps starting to come back like AF is coming back and npls are sore but I don't know has this happened to anyone , and were you prego I know its possible
