Late Ovulation on 25 day cycle, Implantation at 11dpo, 3 days before period? Could it still come?

I have 24-27 day cycles. I got my period on the 20th of May, had a later ovulation (I usually ovulate on CD 10, this time on CD 12) and I had major cramps which I believe could be implantation, ( I'm guessing, I wrote about it in my journal ) on 11dpo, so that leaves me three days until I get my period, which would be today. I had weird spotting and cramping last night. I never spot...Never, maybe the first hour before my period but it hasn't turned full blown. I thought it was my period, but I woke up this morning to *TMI* brown spotting and scant red blood. Nothing more from the night before. What do you think?
