Feeling like you're gettin AF but actually pregnant??

Sooo last week I started getting cramps (dull, like pressure) and sore boobs. Now I'm due for my period tomorrow or a few days after.. yesterday (Tuesday) and today I'm getting on and off kinda sharp/sorta like pinching feelings.. sort of feels like AF coming. Soooo my question is- who's felt this way around AF time and it turns out they were actually pregnant??

I def felt like this one day I felt like someone was pulling behind my belly button and for about 3 to 4 days prior to my BFP I was cramping like I was going to start and AF never came I also thought I had a stomach virus turns out I was pregnant
