Help!!!! I need someone to answer my questions

My period and ovulation has been right on time and ice been charting to make sure my hunny and I have great chance of getn pregnant. Here's my question. For the past five days my nipples have been sore and from day one of AF I've been having the wet feeling why is that. Is that a good sign bc I've never had that happen to me before?

How many days past ovulation are you? If you are at least 12 DPO with those symptoms, I would test. Good Luck!

I'm only 5dpo which Is why I'm questioning it bc it's early but they are still sore and wet feeling. My nipples have been sore since ovulation and hasn't gone away.
