oh honey, i have felt the same way. My first pregnancy was a success with a boy. I have been ttc for 2 years with 3 losses. Its the worst feeling in the world. I was the first one out of my friends to ttc again and they have all had their babies and having more. I spiraled into a bad depression but with support from my husband and family i finally went on something to help me accept my secondary infertility. However, i still get emotional when my period comes. Hang in there lady. You will get your rainbow. :)

Do you keep track of your BBT and know when you ovulate? My advice is to stop trying. Once my DH and I stopped obsessing, we conceived my son, then got pregnant with my daughter when my son was 6 months. I know it's easier said than done to not obsess, but I really believe that it works.

Also, before we quite obsessing, I had used evening primrose oil, soft cups, pre-seed, bbt...you name it, I tried it. Once I gave it all up, we got pregnant. Sometimes our minds and bodies just get tired and I think it creates more harm than good. Good luck to you. Hope you get a sticky bean soon.

Although I agree with estone to some degree, many women truly HAVE to focus on getting the timing right, doing OPKs, charting etc. to have a chance at all. If you are very young you can take it easy, relax, and just keep trying at your own pace. .... As you get older your chances decline so dramatically that you have no other option than to fully focus on everything otherwise your chances will be close to 0. I am in that very position and it is the worst. I don't know about mrslisafielding's age but to just stop monitoring cycles altogether might be rather counterproductive.

I also conceived my daughter when I stopped trying so hard! My advice would also be to relax and let nature take its course. Also, try to have sex as often as you can because you never know if that will be the time you get pregnant! Much luck to you!
