Immediately in January, after getting a very low result from the AMH test (undetectable level) I started w an acupuncturist who specializes in treating fertility disorders. I included in my diet: royal jelly, wheatgrass, and DHA pills (both me and my hubby) and GNC prenatal vits. In Feb, the month I got preg, we took a holiday and for the first time in 4 months I didnt monitor my ovulation (nor took anything to stimulate it, I had decided to wait until after the holidays to start taking femara) All we did was to try to relax and enjoy the holiday (I know it's not easy to relax when you want something so bad and it is not happening, I had my moments too during the holiday). We baby danced every other day (from the last day of my AF to the day I was supposed to have it again without exception). We used pre-seed and always lay down for about 30 min. after intercourse. I am 38, 19w preg w my 1st bb and so far everything is going very well. Don't give up, good luck and lots of baby dust!
