Irregular periods (48 day cycles), Pos Ovulation test 2 days before EWCM. When do I take preg test?

Wow, that was really hard trying to get that question in that short amount of characters when I have so much leading up to it. First I had a positive ovulation test May 19th, like my first dark positive. Unfortunately I also had to put my dog down that day d/t a fast progressig terminal cancer. Needless to say the hubs and I couldn't bring our selves to BD that night or the 20th :( I had EWCM around 4pm on the 21st and we were able to BD that night and that night only. Since my periods are irregular (48 days, miss some all together) when should I test. I put it into the calculator on this website and it said June 25TH! That's crazy! Shouldn't I be able to test 2 weeks after possible ovulation?
