Also, unless you chart your temps & are 100% certain you o'd yesterday, you want to continue bding at least every other day for a few days after you think you o'd just in case you were off & were a little late.

Well im not 100% im just going by the site and i have been charting mt temps they have been the same 97.4 r maybe 97.5 yesterday i was feeling bad had pains n my lower stomach something like cramps r sharp pains and my nipples were a little tender. imma try beding again today and tomorrow and again on monday. im praying. i just had a mc & d&c back in feb
