Short light period, bleeding again 6 days later but + HPT

On the 21st I started my period, it was lighter than normal and I didn't really need a tampon (sorry, TMI). It lasted a total of 4 days with each day being very light. Now 6 days later I went to the restroom and when I wiped I had a tissue full of blood. I have had no cramps and it took me by surprise. I've been using OPK and they have been positive for 3 days in a row, so I thought I better use a HPT to see if I'm pregnant, and yep, 2 + HPT. By calculations I would be 5w2d, but now I'm worried the bleeding is another miscarriage. I just had one in Feb. :(
