Is 28 too low of an HCG level for 4-5 weeks?!

I had a blood test today show 28...is that ok? online shows as low as 18 could be normal..but it seems so low.

That seems a little low, but I believe how quickly it doubles is more important than the number it's self. Is it possible that you ovulated later than you think and are not that far along? Are you having your levels tested again?

Yes I have another draw Friday... I'm so scared this is just chemical but I am PRAYING that it is just early....
