13 DPO and cramping. Experiencing AF-like cramps and extremely nervous.

Starting experiencing back pain and cramps since 12 DPO. Cramps just seem to be escalating. Not sure what to do. Hate to think its AF :(

Have you tested? AF cramps and implantation cramps feel the same..maybe wait a few days and if AF doesn't come test again? If your cramps are implantation, you will need a few days to build up enough HCG to have it show up on a test. Good luck!!!

Thanks so much for your answer. Feel like I'm about to die from anxiety! I tested this morn and BFN :(
I'm expecting AF on 28 May so will see then and maybe test again. Also been vomiting which is what was really strange. *fingerscrossed*
