Going to remove my left tube and fibroid in uterine cavity

I m bit nervous. Want to know how long it took to heal and was healthy n fit to try get pregnant. What is chances with one tube? I m 34. Does not want to waste time. Want to have baby soon.

Doc says I will have a abdomen cut. Need to be in hospital for 5 days.

When I have my right tube/ovary removed, I was told I could get pregnant immediately. I also had a DnC and a dye test done at the same time. If the ovary remains, know that you can only get pregnant ever other cycle (unless it's nonfunctional).
