Vitamin combo to help normalise LP- is this ok?

For the last three cycles my LP has been 9 days, 14 days and 11 days. I'm still getting depo out of my system I think. Even though it's been over 14 months since the last injection, I can tell by my skin there are still traces. Anyway, to help with my LP and hormone imbalance (lack of progesterone) taking the following this month: Vitex 1000mg, Blackmores vitamin b6 240mg, Blackmores preconception gold (which also has 50mg of B6 in it), vitamin c, (1 per day Blackmores and omega 3 (1per day Blackmores). Are these vitamins ok in combination?

Anything else you ladies could recommend? It's now 7months ttc. I've had regular cycle lengths and had at least 4 days of ewcm. Thanks soo much!

How I understand it, you are getting 240+50mg of vit B6. According to one source, you should consider nutritional counseling over 200 mg vit B6. You might want to add additional flaxoil to your diet. Also consider Maca powder which supports your progesterone. Otherwise, as far as I know, your vitamins are fine taken in this combination. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.
