Help ladies. Starting to go nuts!
We've been TTC on and off for 2 years now including one misscarriage last April. I started taking conception vitamins last cycle. Before this month my cycles have been every 28 days and last for 4-5 days- quite healthy periods I was told by my nurse! But this month was different. I read reviews online about these tablets and they caused people to come on AF later- giving false hope. Well I started bleeding at day 22 of my cycle for not even a day and now it's stopped! I haven't had much of an appetite last few days and this morning I feel rough! Any help please? I would like to think of a positive sign but don't want to get my hopes up!

What is the name of the conception vitamins, what is in them anything other than vitamins. Vitex can really change your cycle if you are regular. Otherwise it could be an implantation bleed, wait a week and take a pregnancy test .... if you do think those vitamins have made you bleed a lot earlier I wouldn't take those ones

Pregnacare conception vitamins for her. I'm not thinking too much into it as don't want to be disappointed again! I read reviews that they made peoples AF late but if anything mine was super early and wouldn't even call it AF if that makes sense lol just looking for advice really :) x
