Today was period day, i had camps all day but no period!?
This is the first cycle that my fiancee and I have tried for a baby. I had sex during my ovulation time. Iv been having symptoms throughout the past two weeks such as nausea, cramps, and headaches.
Anyway, today (May 20th) i was suppose to get my period. I even put in a feminine product because I have been having period cramps all day long. I had dizziness, nausea, and a light headache as well today. The day is now about over and yet no period. I dont have cramps anymore either.
ALSO, Yesterday i had a OBGYN appointment for my annual pap smear and i was talking to her about how i took a test that morning and it came out negative. The doctor had said that even though it was the day before my period it was still early to take a test. I havnt taken a test today since i was expecting my period with all the cramping.
I guess what my question is, is it possible that i might be pregnant? Has anyone else have this happened to them and they later found out they were pregnant?

If you know when you ovulated you'd have a better idea if your period is late because of ovulating late. You see if you ovulate late then your period will come late. There were times my period came days even a week late that I swore I had to be pregnant despite the BFN pregnancy tests. You could imagine my disappointment when my period would eventually come down day(s) later. So my advice to you is to check (if you track it) when you ovulated and then add your luteal phase to figure out when your period is due to come. Good luck!
