Im so confused ...Am I pregnant or crazy?

Last period was April 18th and was suppose to ovulate between April 29-May 4th.
I had sex on April 24, 26th, May 3 and 5th. On approx May 11 I started feeling extremely bloated with mild low back pain and just thought typical period symptoms.

May 14 - wednesday I started having brown bleeding throughout the day on a panty liner with a few small gushes of clear/brown fluid and this lasted til thursday night.
I was suppose to get my period Saturday May 17....but only expereicned the 2 days of brown bleeding. Was that my period first of?
And secondly, Ive tested negative on both a urine and blood test but still have mild to moderate back aching and cramps and feel so full and bloated. Am I making these symptoms up ?
