Cysts, Miscarriages, Pregnancy Symptoms. Oh my!

I have had one miscarriage about 7 years ago at about the 2 month mark. They could no longer find the babies heartbeat using a vaginal ultrasound and also discovered a large dermoid cyst on one of my ovaries at the time. After the weekend passed they went in and did a D&C, so I did not naturally miscarry. A few weeks later we did surgery and removed the cyst.

I have been trying to get pregnant again for a year and a half. I feel as though I am very in tune with my body. I had a positive ovulation test on May 6. Had intercourse on May 3, 4, 5 & 6. On the 13th I felt a strong pinching in my lower abdomen. For the next 2 days I spotted. First a light pinkish color and later a darker brown color. Pregnancy tests come back negative. Today the spotting has gotten a bit heavier and is red. I can still feel pinching/heaviness in my lower ab. I have all the pregnancy symptoms: fatigue, tender breasts, acne outburst, lower back pains and emotional.
