Has anyone used vitex to increase your chances of getting pregnant? My husband and I have been trying for 9 months with no luck....

I have being using a tea that has Vitrix in it. I am not pregnant yet. That being said I do like the way I feel and my periods are more regular.

Vitex is only helpful if you have irregular periods (more than 35 days) and/or are not ovulating on your own. Do NOT use this supplement if you are regular, it will do more harm than good.

I haven't used it but I literally just ordered some. It can't hurt, right? I have read if you have regular cycles that it can mess them up, though.
