Question

Extremely painful periods since last miscarriage

I have never had bad cramps that a little pamprin didn't help in the past. However, after my second miscarriage in December my periods have been so painful. I've tried everything for the pain. But I keep wondering if it's worse now because of the m/c. Has this happened to any of you after a m/c? After my first one I didn't notice any difference. I had a d&c with the first and medication to help the second m/c along. Thanks girls.

Hi! I had VERY VERY painful periods for the four cycles after my miscarriage. After that they went back to normal for me. I had a natural miscarriage at 10 weeks pregnant.

Thanks for your answer! I'm on my fourth cycle now. Maybe mine will return back to normal sometime soon. I thought maybe something was wrong.

I miscarried 5wks ago at 8wks ( two blighted ovums , one I lost naturally, the second I was given misoprostol). I've just finished my first period since the mc and my cramping was much worse this time than I have ever had before. Normally I would only have a day or so of cramping and usually was not so bad that I ever needed to take anything.

I was wondering the same thing... that if for some reason the cramping was worse because of the mc. Hope things improve for you.
