There are very differing opinions on exercise in pregnancy. The last time I got pregnant I was told to stop playing my social tennis because if a tennis ball hit my abdomen it could be all over. I assume raquetball would be similar? This time round I have stopped my intensive workouts (which were sporadic anyway!) just in case. I miscarried last time so I don't want to run any unnecessary risks. We go for good walks most days.

I agree with shelob, everyone will have their own opinion about it so I will just tell you my personal experience (even though it is not specifically in regards to raquetball)... when I found out I was pregnant I was going to the gym 5 days a week and doing some pretty strenuous workouts. I was in the best shape of my life. After I found out I was pregnant, I continued as long as I could but just modified the moves if I got too tired. At the end of the day it's what you feel comfortable with!
