HELP ! positive then negative pregnancy test!!

i took a cheap pregnancy test and it came out positive then i took 2 more a few days later and they were negative! Ive made a doctors appointment but i was wondering what you guys think ... could those 2 negative test be wrong or not ? have you had a positive then a few negatives but turns out you were still pregnant ? chemical pregnancy or what ? should i take more ?

i forgot to say that Ive been burping like crazy ..idk if thats a symptom or not and Ive had sharp pains in my left breast and rib cage ...and ive been kinda feeling like im going to throw up but don't

It could be a chemical pregnancy. I had one last cycle and AF came right on time. I even had a positive blood test 2 days before AF. You could still be pregnant though, its so hard to say, are you late for AF or are you still early in ?
