I felt just the same when pregnant with my daughter who is now 7 years old. I had no symptoms until 6 weeks and even then it was very painful stretching feelings. I was 8 weeks before I had any 'normal' symptoms. Remember every pregnancy is different with each baby you have they are never alike. Good luck and baby dust to you.

I think that 30 tests are probably correct and you are most likely pregnant.

I always feel like the 12 week wait (first trimester) is so much tougher than the 2 week wait when TTC. Do you have your first doctor's appointment scheduled yet? I know I felt much better after seeing my baby's heartbeat at the dating ultrasound around 7 weeks. See if your doctor will schedule that. You can also get at home fetal heart rate monitor but you won't be able to use that until you're further along.

I didn't have symptoms at 5 weeks with either of my pregnancies. My first pregnancy, I didn't get any symptoms until the second trimester. This time, they showed up around 8 weeks. Good luck and try not to stress too much! congrats:-)

Im scheduled to see gp on monday (even tho had bfp 2 weeks ago) ive left it as convinced myself bean is not going to stick! :(

Don't worry about it! I know it is a little nerve wracking, but with my son I really didn't feel pregnant either. To make matters worse someone told me no morning sickness is a bad sign. (NOT TRUE) I am sure you and bean are fine. Maybe you will be lucky enough to have an easy pregnancy all the way through! Congratulations!

I am in the same place!! I will be 5 weeks tomorrow, and have NO symptoms other than a missed period. This is also my 5th pregnancy.
#1- Lots of symptoms = healthy little girl
#2- Same symptoms = healthy little boy
#3- Same symptoms again = another healthy little boy
#4- Same symptoms once again... early miscarriage (this past February) :(
#5- NO SYMPTOMS whatsoever!
I'm a bit concerned, although I guess if the presence of symptoms didn't mean my last bean would stick, then hopefully the absence of symptoms doesn't mean the worst. Positive thoughts might help?
I'm fortunate that my doctor's office had no problem sending me for blood work as soon as I mentioned I was worried... I hope to get the results tomorrow.
