Low HCG.. Is there really any hope?

Trying to stay positive through this isn't easy. I had a blood test Friday 2/5/14 which confirmed I was pregnant with HCG at 97. Blood work on Tuesday 6/5/14 said my level had only risen to 112. I know conception would have only been 2-3 weeks ago. Doctor said to remain positive and that sometimes levels can be slow at first the just jump.. But he did also run through the other outcomes, which I am already aware of. I am 22, and after a miscarriage 11 months ago, was told that the odds were definitely with me for a successful pregnancy this time. Is there any hope with levels that low?
