There is only a 20-25% chance of conceiving in every given cycle and this is the case even for young women. Therefore, it takes many couples at least 6 months to conceive; it can even take up to a year or longer. I think you should try for at least 6 months before seeing a doctor. Try to chart your temperatures, do mucus observation, and use OPKs to pinpoint ovulation and be patient with it. If you feel that you have a fertility issue, see your doctor. First you and your husband should do all test.. mostly people go after 1 year of trying. Healthy couple take 6-12 months to conceive.

On your screen click "my cycle and TWW" there are options BBT, TWW and all.
buy one thermometer and take temperature everyday at same time example 7 am. (important it need mimmum 4-5 hours sleep ) whatever you will get temperature put/save on BBT.
Start BBT from CD1 so that you will know ovulation. All the BBT related information in this site. But you have any problem ask us..

OPK= Ovulation Prediction Kit (to pinpoint ovulation) available at medical store or Online..
