Pulling, pain and numbness

Today I'm 5 weeks pregnant my first appointment is still 19 days away but I'm starting to get a little worried
I have a ton pulling in my lower abdomen and some pain on the right side also with my right leg going numb. Has anyone ever experienced this or have any thoughts on what it may be. I'm also extremely bloated to the point where I look about 6 months pregnant.
This is my 5th pregnancy 1 live birth and 3 miscarriages.
