Can bumpy rides cause misscarriage?

I ovulated over this last weekend and i am supposed to be going away next weekend to a place that is at the top of a mountain and has a long 4x4 trail to get there and one you are at th top you sleep in a place that is aroung -8 *C and you only have a log fire which does not get very warm. I will not be able to do a pregnancy test before i go as i will only be 7dpo, is there a chance that the bumpy road could cause the egg not to attach? should i go or should i rather stay behind?
