period is usually 31 days but very light and spotty a week before it was supposed to come! Help!

I ovulated the 6th of April and by 18th ( 12dpo) i was experiences dull cramping on both size of my lower abdomen along with back pain that could not go unnoticed. it was very light only had to change a tampon once the first and second day and i had to pee an awful lot but when i peed there wasnt any clots like usual and it was light pink. tmi i know! the third day it was very spotty and the fourth day it was one drop that is it. during that time leading up to that an during that time i had headaches, mood swings , fatigue, back ache, my nipples we getting bigger and boobs were getting heavier. I don't feel myself.
