I did 5 cycles of SI before taking a soy break. My O date was around the same cycle day as with soy, but it was significantly weaker and temps lower (LP was shorter as well). The only reason I stopped the soy was becuz hub was traveling and wouldnt be here for the whole cycle, so I could afford to mess up my O. Idk that I would suggest that for u tho. If its working and shortening those cycles, its not worth stopping. What if u do and end up with a 6 or 7 month cycle?
Idk, dudette, if u want an idea as to what ur body will do, without the shock of stopping it completely, maybe just lower the dose by half. How much are u taking and when?

Yeah idk if its worth the risk, I just hate taking pills and they are so big! Im also curious to see if my cycles would regulate now, its been 16months now since coming off BC. I'm taking 200mg cd 3-7.
Were your cycles regular before taking SI?

My cycles werent regular, they were anywhere from 34-41 days. I more or less took soy to shorten up that time and give me more chances at the egg per year. Do some reading up on black cohosh (black, not blue). Its another phytoestrogen, significantly weaker than soy and taken cd1-12. The pills are small and it could be something u can add or try on its own.
