Could I Be Pregnant Again ...After A Miscarriage!!?!??!

I found out I was pregnant on Feb.7,2014 three days after I found I was 5 Â½ weeks pregnant Feb.10,2014 I had a miscarriage no d/c needed I passed naturally I had a regular period on April.1,2014 it lasted 5 days , Since I been off my period I had sexual intercourse... .is there any possibility I could be or become pregnant??.

Of course it is possible. I became pregnant once the following month after a miscarriage. It is not uncommon. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.
