CM 7dpo for me is usually sticky, creamy, and not overly abundant. It is the same in every cycle - not pregnant.

Mine is the same, usually creamy/sticky. That is on both my one pregnant cycle and all my non-pregnant cycles. Only on CD13 did I notice a slight change in cm when I was pregnant. Then it became much creamier, more abundant and had a yellow tinge (not to be confused with my usual tan or beige tinge I get before AF!)
