Have you had pregnancy symptoms only to find out you have a uti and still gotten a bfp that cycle?
I just found out today that I have a silent uti. I thought i was pregnant so was devastated when the nurse said my test was positive for a uti. I have no burning or trouble peeing just a lower back ache and bloated abdomen. Can uti cause headache and nausea without fever? Has anyone had a uti during their tww and gone on to get a bfp that same cycle?

That's how my son was conceived. On the day I had a positive for ovulation I started having uti symptoms that night so I couldn't have sex. I had sex 2 nights prior but since we were trying for a while I didn't think I would get pregnant. I was also about to start fertility treatments that month but the fertility center canceled on me. Well whatever was in there stuck :) I was sure I would not be pregnant that cycle because of the uti and was not able to have sex that day of ovulation and everything seemed to be going against me. Well it was meant to be since I have my 7 month old son now. Good luck! Never give up no matter what cause you never know when your little miracle may come.
