Possibly Pregnant?! Help!

Okay. I am 5 days late for my monthly. On 4/19 I missed my period. 4/20,4/21 I took hpt (negative) 4/22 Dr urine test, negative. Since Thursday 4/17, been having back aches, headaches, nausea, nipples slightly sore and erect, increased hunger and dizziness, crying for no reason. I'm craving hotdogs and wavy chips smothered in ketchup (I absolutely HATE hotdogs and ketchup) I really feel pregnant, and I don't see my period coming any time soon. Is it possible that I am pregnant and not having high enough hcg levels? Also I go for a blood test on Friday.
Also another thing, my grandmother (mothers mother) didn't test positive until she was 3 months with both of her pregnancies, my mother didn't test positive until 7 weeks with 3 pregnancies. Is it possible im following in their footsteps and having slow rising hcg levels?
