Negative test...pregnancy symptoms... could I still be pregnant?
I am 27 and have had regular periods most of my life. Within the past 2.5 years my periods became more and more irregular. Sometimes I would go 4 months with nothing. My husband and I have been ttc for about 2 years now with no luck. Recently, my doc put me on medicines to make sure that I ovulate and have a period. This past month I kept track of my ovulation with the test strips and sure enough I ovulated. This past Saturday (3 days before my period was supposed to start) I began bleeding. It was very light and lasted 2 days. Way shorter than my normal period and not really heavy enough. I have taken pregnancy tests and they have been negative. I am, however, extremely nauseated and my breasts are really sore. What could be happening? Could I still be pregnant? Any advice is welcome!

Okay...So since your periods have become more and more irregular and you have been put on meds to make you ovulate and have a period, I kinda feel like that is what the problem is. Those meds can cause all kinds of issues including hormonal imbalances which can cause sore breasts and nausea. If you don't take them at the same time every day, then things can get thrown off track. I know this from experience. As far and the negative test goes, it seems to me that you have had a period, so I don't think you are pregnant. I say this because you have really irregular periods that have to be stimulated by medication. Have you been diagnosed with anything like endometriosis or cysts? Those things can really mess with your cycle. I know because I have sever endometriosis and problems with cysts on a monthly basis myself. Hopefully things will get better for you. Good luck. XX
