Have you ever tried Femara? It could be better for you than clomid. Clomid can thin your uterine lining and can negatively affect the next cycle because it stays in your system so long. Best wishes.

Femara or generic Letrozole is a prescription drug in the US so you have to see your dr. You can also obtain it through a website from Canada I believe without prescription. However, I would not take it without the ok from the dr., because you need to be checked by ultrasound on day 3 for cysts.
The medication would potentially make cysts larger to the point of rupture which can be dangerous. Best wishes.

How are you getting your clomid in hand? Do you see a dr. who can monitor your cycle? If you continue to just take the clomid without any monitoring it could be that your uterine lining has been thinning so much that implantation is impossible. clomid stays in your system and potentially negatively affects upcoming cycles. In your case, since you can 't get Femara try the internet for Femara/Letrozole from a Canadian distributor without prescription and chance it. One pill is 2.5 mg and you take one a day (same time) days 3-7. I am doing 5 mg (two pils) but am under the care of a physician. Best wishes.

Is there such a thing like a "garage sale for medications" in the UK? For example I just bought through a garage sale website several gonal f pens for injections for $75 each from a private person. At the pharmacy they cost around $800 a piece.
