Sounds like round ligament pain. If the cramping gets any worse or is accompanied by bleeding you need to go to the hospital or see a doctor.

A lot happens in early pregnancy, the uterus prepares to carry and that involves stretching...which feels like cramping, twinges and quick sharp pains. Rlp is a little later on, when the uterus actually has some growth/weight to it causing those ligaments to stretch and support it better. It all sounds normal for ur gestation, provided it doesnt become intense and involve bleeding, u should be ok. U could call ur doctor in the am if it'll help ease ur mind...it can make ya crazy pretty quick, thats for sure!!

It's totally normal. I had AF like cramping with both of my pregnancies. With my first, it was so severe I went to the er. At your stage, it's just the uterus beginning to stretch.
