what supplements or foods are you ladies taking?
so im on a break awaiting surgery before i ttc again, i want to get my body in tip top shape. currently im taking a pregnancy care multivitamin, has 400mcg folic acid and all the other vitamins you need, theres 15mg of iron is that enough? and i drink 1 vitabiotic drink daily with pomegrante cranberry elderberry green tea grape seed and artichoke extract in it also has folic acid and iron in it. is there anything else you could recommend? thanks in advance

Sounds good! I take Royal Jelly (All the B vitamins) and Unbiquinol (because I am older). My prenatal has 60mg of iron in it but if you are taking two supplements with iron in them you'd need to add them togeather. I'm also drinking a probiotic. Don't forget the green leafy vegetables

I have been supplementing with Ubiquinol, Prenantal vitamin, additional vitamin B6, fish oil, flaxoil, wheatgrass tablets, " Fertile CM" ( a product to improve CM) , Macapowder, and red raspberry blend to improve uterine lining, and low dose aspirin. I have been doing this regimen for almost a whole year now but cannot say that it helped me conceive. I really do believe that good egg quality is one of the main reasons for success and the quality declines the older you get. I will continue with my regimen because it is a habit now but I doubt it will do much for egg quality. An excellent resource is Marilyn Shannon's book " Fertility Cycles and Nutrition". This is what I'm taking:
Prenatal One Advanced MultiVitamin
Royal Jelly (2x a day - 500 mg each)
B6 (100 mg)
B12 (1000 mcg)
Folate (400 mcg)
D3 (1000IU)
Flaxseed (1000 mg)
And a green smoothie at least once a day.
If this cycle doesn't work, I'm going to start taking Evening Primrose Oil from CD1-Ovulation then Flaxseed after ovulation.
Also, I hadn't heard of Unbiquinol before so I'm going to have to look into that!
